Rejuvenation - Worst returns experience ever
I won't bore readers with all the details, but just that it has taken me months, several emails, chats, and phone calls to STILL NOT get my refund for a doorbell. The last straw was that they finally issued the return (still not on my cc....so who knows) but for the wrong item. How hard it is to receive a return, mark it as processed, and send a refund? Apparently, very, very hard.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Rejuvenation Pros: Selection.
Rejuvenation Cons: Bad refund experience, Long customer service replies without resolution, Bad process.
