Rejuvenation - Nonexistent customer service
They sent me the wrong item and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone after three days of calling and endless call waiting. The online chat function doesn’t work. And my emails to customer service get bounced back to me after a day or so. I don’t know what to do with a 24-foot rug that I didn’t order!
Rejuvenation - On Hold forever
I have tried calling Rejuvenation several times today and have waited at least 20 minutes the first time I called and just tried again with the same experience with loud buzzing. I am trying to order 3 pendant lights and I am unable to speak to a live perso. I am very frustrated!
