Rejuvenation - Disappointed with service
I'm saying I am neutral because I am disappointed that I ordered my lights about 4-17 and now they are saying there is one left to deliver that won't get here till 7-5.We have had a couple of mixups.
I received an email about a question they had. I emailed them back but I never heard anything. I finally called and they said my order had been sitting in limbo and they would "move it to the front of the line. They send me emails that don't make sense.
When I didn't get that last fixture I called them and that is how I found out something was on back order.
